The ISR features dual inspection and splice tables. The primary extended-length table provides ergonomic mounting for camera inspection systems, while the secondary splice table allows operators to stop the web precisely at detected defects for removal or correction.
Inspection Tower with Integrated Strobe
An inspection tower with LED strobe is standard, providing immediate visual inspection capability and serving as a foundation for advanced camera integration.
Controlled Defect Handling
When a defect is detected, the system advances the web to a predefined position, allowing defects to be manually removed or automatically isolated using an optional take-up rewind.
